Wilson H. Madden, Jr. is the Managing Member of Asset Management Services LLC and is a registered principal of Assetman Securities LLC. Mr. Madden was a co-founder of Asset Management Services, Inc. while raising venture capital at C.P. Eaton Associates in 1988. Previously he was an Executive Vice President of European American Bank and General Manager in charge of bond and mutual fund sales and trading. He established the EAB Brokerage business and was General Manager of the operations. From 1983 to 1986, he was an institutional salesman for the Municipal Bond Investment Bank of Matthews and Wright.

Mr. Madden was President of Sci-Technics, Inc., a venture start-up company in 1980, which manufactured and marketed synthetic motor oils and water based polymers. The first sixteen years of his career were devoted to marketing, merchandising, and selling consumer and industrial products for subsidiaries of El Paso Natural Gas and Monsanto to the institutional marketplace throughout North America.

In addition to his primary role in sales for Asset Management Services, Inc. Mr. Madden runs Assetman Securities LLC and the operations and administration of the firm. The latter responsibilities have included personnel and creation of manager presentation materials.

Mr. Madden Received a B.A. from Dartmouth College, studied under an OAS scholarship at the Instituto de Economia in Santiago, Chile and earned an M.B.A. in International Marketing from Columbia University.
